About The Queens OrganizationThe HPR Queens Organization is an educational, cultural service, non-political, non-sectarian organization for female youth members elected by the various Houses of different nations that make up the House of Pacific Relations (HPR).

Purpose and Objectives:
Each year, member Houses of HPR elect Queens and Princesses to reign from October 1-September 30 (following year).
Members must be between the ages of 8 and 19 (on October 1st of each year) and active members in good standing of their Houses either as individuals or through family membership. Pee-wee Princess (8-9 years old), Junior Princess (10-13 years old), Princess and Queen (14-19 years old).
- To promote a close association with members of all the ethnic groups represented in the HPR.
- To foster a spirit of understanding, tolerance and good will between all race and nationalities, trying to understand each one's culture, customs, background tradition and history.
- To serve the San Diego community via outreach events (fundraisers, social service, etc.)
- To present to the public the music and dances of the various ethnic groups represented in the HPR.
- To be "Goodwill ambassadors" of the HPR.
