Julio CedilloJulio Cedillo joined House of Peru in 2018 guided by a powerful conviction: we are ONE TEAM — one heart, one community, united by our love for Peru and our commitment to serve. He believes that when we stand together with purpose and pride, there is nothing our community cannot accomplish.
Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Julio is an engineer who has lived in San Diego for 30 years — half of his life. Yet Peru has never been far. For him, Peru is not just a country; it is something alive — a spirit, a memory, a heartbeat that shaped his values, his identity, and his dreams. Together with his wife Monica, their children Gaby and Sergio, and their grandchildren Lucas, Leo, and Lando, he carries that love forward so the next generations can feel it, live it, and be proud of it. Serving House of Peru is more than preserving traditions — it is embracing a deep social responsibility. Julio believes in building bridges between Peru and the United States, and especially between generations, so that parents and grandparents can pass on what it truly means to be Peruvian — the warmth, the resilience, the joy, and the hope. Through unity, compassion, and action, Julio invites everyone to join ONE TEAM — to celebrate Peru, to support one another, and to invest in the children and young people who will carry our heritage forward. |
